At OX the focus is on seasonal creativity; using fantastic local produce, presenting it to you in an imaginative way and letting the ingredients shine.
Chef owner Stephen Toman started his career in his home-town of Belfast before being bitten by the travelling bug, from 5-star resorts in America to the Michelin starred kitchens of Paris, including Taillevent, Stephen eventually returned home. Annual trips back to stage in the kitchens of Paris allowed a wealth of ideas to percolate and mature, culminating in the opening OX in 2013 with friend and former colleague Alain Kerloc’h.
